VIRTUAVIA offers several payment solutions tailored to government agencies, local authorities, police services, public organizations, businesses, and professionals.

For professional equipment such as the ProLaser 4, accessories, or calibration services, orders are frequently placed via quote or purchase order.

Available payment methods include: administrative mandate, bank transfer, payment upon quote, credit card, and PayPal.

1 – Administrative Mandate – Chorus Pro

Government agencies, municipalities, local authorities, and public organizations may pay for their orders via administrative mandate.

In this context, no payment at the time of order is requested, unless otherwise specifically agreed upon.

The order can be processed upon receipt and validation of the administrative purchase order or legal commitment.

After delivery of the equipment or completion of the service, the invoice is submitted via Chorus Pro where this system is applicable.

The overall payment deadline applicable to the relevant public buyers is in principle 30 days, according to the rules applicable to public procurement.

To allow for the processing of the order and invoice, the public organization must provide us with the following, when required:

the purchase order number or legal commitment number;
the SIRET number of the recipient organization;
the Chorus Pro service code;
any necessary administrative references.

2 – Bank transfer

Bank transfer is the preferred method of payment for businesses, professionals, and organizations that do not pay via administrative mandate.

VIRTUAVIA’s bank details are provided on the quote, invoice, or corresponding commercial document.

Unless specifically agreed otherwise, payment is made at the time of order, and the preparation or shipment of the equipment may take place after the actual receipt of funds.

3 – Order via quote

For the ProLaser 4, certain accessories, calibration services, or any project requiring a personalized offer, you may request a quote directly from VIRTUAVIA.

The quote specifically details:

the equipment or service concerned;
the price;
any transport costs;
delivery conditions;
the payment method and terms.

For businesses and professionals, payment of a quote is generally made via bank transfer.

4 – Credit card payment

When direct online purchase is available for the product in question, payment may be made via credit card.

Card payments are processed by the secure payment solutions used on ProLaser4.com.

Sensitive banking information is transmitted directly to the relevant payment service providers. VIRTUAVIA does not store your full credit card number.

Depending on the bank and the transaction, additional authentication may be requested to secure the payment.

5 – PayPal

When this option is offered at checkout, payment may also be made via PayPal.

The payment is then processed directly via PayPal’s secure services, in accordance with the terms applicable to this service.

Online payment security

ProLaser4.com uses the Shopify platform for certain e-commerce and payment features.

Exchanges between your browser and our site are protected by a secure HTTPS connection.

Information required for processing an online payment is transmitted to the relevant payment providers according to their own security protocols.

VIRTUAVIA does not have access to your full credit card number and does not store your sensitive card banking data.
